South Shore Art Program is a collaboration between South Shore community stake holders and artists. Designed to break down the barriers between creative thinking and action the South Shore Art program provides access, partnerships and support from local governments and property owners for creative projects proposed by the artistic community. These projects in turn act as a civic potentiator; providing a means for the community to think dynamically about their surroundings with the goal of generating and attracting a more lively economy in depressed districts.

Working with the City of Chicago, South Shore Community leaders and artists it was my responsibility to define the scope and goals of the program, attract artistic talent, create and manage budgets, obtain permissions, plan and execute over 50 creative activations from large scale murals to storefront displays and develop/build a program website.
